I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly responsive, bringing extra pillows to my room within minutes of my request. The 24/7 snack availability was a delightful touch after a long day of sightseeing. However, I was disappointed to find out that I needed to book tickets for the Anne Frank house well in advance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return.
